Content marketing platform HomePrezzo has launched new Suburb Video templates that allow agents to seriously upgrade their digital marketing by demonstrating their local knowledge.

The new Photo Lifestyle features six scenes that agents can customise with their own photos.

The HomePrezzo system automatically pulls property market statistics through for the suburb or postcode. Recent sales can also be quickly selected to demonstrate market performance.

“The new templates are based on feedback and delivers features our customers told us they wanted,” said HomePrezzo founder Nathan Krisanski.

“It gives agents the best of both worlds of being able to create videos that reflect their brand and local connections while also delivering up to date market data without the pain of having to do any research.”

The new templates are being joined by new Property Listing templates that are photo led and more visually appealing.
