Create your own templates
HomePrezzo can build your own unique templates based on your brand guidelines, logos, fonts and colour, exactly to your specifications. We use the Adobe suite of products, so as a marketer, you brief it out as you would any piece of collateral with all the normal approval processes.
Use your data, or ours!
HomePrezzo draws its property data from the CoreLogic API. But we can also plug in datasets from other sources such as your CRM or Google, or we can upload flat datafiles. Plus we can provide you with some great advice on the story telling that your data makes possible.
Centralised & bulk deliveries
If you're a marketing team that offers a centralised service to your franchise offices, we can provide you with bulk drops of the videos, reports and social media so you can set up your content marketing calendars for your internal clients. We can provide these as Excel files or connect through to your API.

ANZ Mortgage Brokers
Each quarter we produce 160 four page reports for the ANZ mortgage broker franchises within a tight service level agreement. Each report is based on the franchisee's territory.
